Team Development

As with all OPS interventions, our team workshops are designed specifically to suit the needs of the client. We don’t offer ready-made ‘all purpose’ teambuilding activities. Instead, we prefer to explore objectives and potential solutions with the people involved.

The approach we take will often focus upon:


- Discussions of client expectations and criteria

- Preliminary questionnaires and 360° feedback

- Psychological profiling of individual team members

- Bringing together organisational and individual aims

- Exploring team and organisational culture

- Identifying individuals’ strengths and development needs

- Identifying what team members need from one another

- Providing an action plan and detailed report
