

OPS assessment and development centres are structured to meet the needs of our clients and to reflect their organisational environment. We base the design on our clients' values, competency frameworks and Strengths, to ensure that each assessment centre highlights real abilities which are required by the client in the relevant roles. OPS design realistic and relevant exercises, tailored to the organisation and position’s area of work to ensure that the centre successfully aids recruitment, selection, promotion, succession planning and development. These exercises may include:
- Group exercises, in-trays, presentations or role plays,
- Written or presentation exercises
- Behavioural interviews – structured or semi-structured with a panel or one-to-one
OPS can also administer, score, analyse and feed back a wide range of ability and personality tests from the major test publishers.
Assessment centres are followed by face to face feedback to participants and written reports to the decision makers, as required, in addition to developmental feedback for all participants.
