OPS are the largest independent provider of BPS Psychometric Level A and Level B Test Training. We deliver blended learning using an interactive online system combined with one or two day courses, which allow individuals to build upon their knowledge, develop and have the opportunity to practise their skills in a small group environment.

OPS provide a wide variety of consultancy services using a collaborative approach by making every effort to learn as much as possible about the organisation. With many years of successful consultancy experience, we then tailor our expert practices to provide credible solutions that are specific to the clients’ needs.

Our Principal Psychologist is the co-author of the CIPD’s Complete Recruitment and Selection Toolkit. We are regularly requested to review psychometric tests for British Psychological Society literature and other international publications. OPS are currently verified under Investors in People and ISO 9001:2000.
