Tom Kelly: Consultant Psychologist
Tom Kelly MSc: Tom is a psychologist at OPS and supports the Senior Psychologists in the delivery of consultancy services and is also the first port of call for our training delegates. Tom has experience in designing consultancy interventions for assessment and development, particularly focusing on assessment and development centre design. He has had previous experience working with a large hospitality company, focusing on the South East area. This organisational development project focused around store manager retention and satisfaction. The project resulted in soft and minor structural changes being made within the organisation as a result.
Tom has a good working knowledge of psychometrics being experienced in the interpretation of various profiles. Tom also supports clients from a broad range of private and public sectors, across all organisational tiers, to gain their certificate in occupational testing. This allows them to administer, score and interpret psychometric tests.
Tom’s hobbies are running, cycling and swimming. He enjoys playing football and supporting a certain north midlands football team. He also has a keen interest in music, both as a guitarist and DJ. Tom also enjoys attending Music Festivals.
