Conflict management: Glen is a skilled mediator and has successfully helped many dyads and teams understand each other better and work more harmoniously and effectively together.

Stress management: Glen has designed and implemented stress management systems for a range of clients, and has run many workshops for groups of managers and staff to help them identify and cope with the signs of stress.

Glen lives with her partner and their dog in East Sussex, and tries to see as much as possible of her daughter and grandchildren in Norway, her son and her friends. She volunteered (unsuccessfully) as an astronaut when she was 40, climbed Mount Kinabalu when she was 50, and is still planning how to celebrate the next milestone.
