The client is an international importer and distributor of speciality food ingredients and packages. The participants were members of the extended senior management team.

- Individual summary reports and extended team reports produced following on from the workshop
Outcomes
Action plan for better communication, more cross-functional team working, brainstorming new ideas, group-based problem solving, and more proactive customer activity.
