OPS was established by Glen Fox in 1994 as a consultancy of business psychologists where the rigorous and scientific standards of psychometrics could meet the creative and client focused requirements of consultancy in business psychology. The company has grown to become a major player among UK occupational psychology firms and is one of the largest independent providers of training in psychometrics.

The OPS team of occupational psychologists offers a wide range of consultancy and training services. We are based in Kent but work worldwide with clients in four continents. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to build excellent professional relationships, identifying and supplying our clients’ consultancy needs through professional, tailored solutions.

We are also the largest independent provider of BPS psychometric Level A and Level B test training in the UK, and one of only two training providers to offer Level B at Intermediate and Full levels.

Consultancy: our consultants (all qualified occupational psychologists) use a collaborative approach and will make every effort to learn as much as possible about your organisation. With many years of successful consultancy experience, we tailor our expert practices to provide credible solutions that are specific to the clients’ needs. Training: our training courses deliver blended learning using an interactive online system combined with short workshops, which allow individuals to build upon their knowledge and develop their skills with expert guidance in a small group environment.

We are regularly requested to review psychometric tests for British Psychological Society literature and other international publications.
